Ayurvedic massage is a balm for body and soul. It is a 5,000-year-old healing technique with roots in Indian medicine. This is the oldest preserved method of healing.

Contraindications - severe diabetes, pregnancy.

Indications when it is recommended to go for a massage without worries:

  • Muscle pain, stiffness, back pain, neck, limbs and other parts of the muscular system.

  • Muscles strained after exercise.

  • Headaches and frequent migraines.

  • Post-traumatic conditions and convalescence.

  • Stress and increased mental tension.

  • Back pain at the end of pregnancy.

When is it good to inform the masseur in advance about your condition:

  • Acute conditions such as viruses, inflammation, acute infections and the like.

  • Heart diseases and acute circulatory system problems (heart attacks, cardiac arrhythmias, ...)

  • Acute inflammation of the veins, large varicose veins (varicose veins)

  • Osteoporosis - here the situation is very individual, so it is good to consult it in person in advance. Hematopoietic disorders (anemia, higher blood clotting, etc.) Cancers and tumors, although they are benign.

  • Menstruation - again, a very individual assessment is good.

  • Conditions under the influence of hallucinogens.

  • Acute psychosis and mental disorders
